Waiting on Whatever

A slightly younger Tempest, waiting in the halls of the Tiamat Palace I doodled this a while back then went back and checked the ref I got the pose idea from to get some things right. When I started coloring this there was no background. I added that later.

I think Tempest turned out quite nice in this.
